About Us

Amhara Association of Indiana (AAI) is a registered nonprofit corporation with the state of Indiana. It is established in June 2023. AAI has a mandate to raise funds through fundraising activities, donations, membership contributions, and other means in order to assist the causes of the Amhara people. The purpose of the association includes, but not limited to the following:

- To bring the people of Amhara together to work on economic, social, and cultural development of Amhara.

-To lodge a wider provincial communication platform networked in and outside of Ethiopia so that all individuals of Amhara origin shall get together for a common goal and serve as voices to the voiceless.
